Terms of service
What Deep Search is for, what it is not for, and how the subscription works.
Agreement
By using Deep Search you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
What Deep Search is
A research tool that finds public web pages about a person and summarises them with sources. Reports can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, because the pages they are built from can be. Check anything important against the original source.
Permitted use
Deep Search is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use it for decisions about employment, credit, housing or insurance (FCRA).
You may use Deep Search to learn about someone's public professional life, for example before a meeting, a partnership or an interview request. You must not use it to:
- decide whether to hire, promote, lend to, rent to or insure anyone;
- stalk, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone;
- discriminate against anyone;
- find or expose someone who is trying not to be found;
- build a database of people or resell reports.
Accounts
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for searches made from your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Searching for a person is free and unlimited for everyone. A subscription unlocks full reports: every profile we found, its facts, photos and sources. Plans are billed weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancelling stops future charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unlimited use is subject to fair use and the permitted use rules above. We refund a duplicate charge, or a charge where a verified technical fault on our side stopped you from using your plan, if you ask through the contact page within 48 hours of the charge.
Removal requests
Anyone can ask us to review their name for removal through the removal form.
Liability
Deep Search is provided as is. We don't promise that it will always be available, that a search will find the person you mean, or that a report is complete, current or correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, Monad Systems LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a report. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
