Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We refund a duplicate charge, or a charge where a verified fault on our side stopped you from using your plan, if you ask through the contact page within 48 hours of the charge. See our terms for the full policy.
Yes. Switching happens in the Stripe billing portal from your account, and Stripe prorates the change.
Every plan unlocks the same unlimited full reports. They differ only in billing period, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and you can switch between them anytime.
